Job summary
Baptist Urgent Care in Wynne, AR is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional patient care to all ages with acute and chronic conditions. You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
The full-time role offers rotating 30–40 hour weeks, weekend coverage, and opportunities for growth within a large urgent care network. Active APRN license, FNP board certification, DEA, DOT readiness and BLS are required.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
- Active state license as an APRN.
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Board Certification.
- Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
- Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary patient care across acute and chronic conditions.
- Diagnose, treat, and educate patients as part of a collaborative team.
- Deliver leadership and support during emergencies and busy shifts.
- Perform medical assessments and follow-up for clinic patients.
- Coordinate on-site labs, x-rays, injections, and specimen collection as needed.
- Ensure care aligns with medical policy and professional standards.
- Support ongoing education and policy development within the clinic.
