Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Maumelle, AR is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in urgent and primary care settings.

The role includes diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, educating patients, and coordinating on-site labs and imaging. A strong focus on safety, policy adherence, and ongoing staff education is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
• Active state APRN license.
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Board Certification.
• Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
• Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary care to patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Diagnose, treat, and educate patients across ages with acute and chronic conditions.
• Lead during emergencies while maintaining calm.
• Coordinate on-site labs, x-rays, injections and specimen collection.
• Ensure care quality and adherence to medical policies.
• Support staff and participate in ongoing education.
