Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical screening, crisis planning, and clinical consultation.
• Provide clinical oversight to treatment teams and supervise specialists.
• Interview and assess client needs and coordinate with community resources.
• Participate in treatment plan development and implementation within teams.
• Deliver direct services and adjust interventions while maintaining plan integrity.
• Attend required trainings and ensure ongoing supervision.
