Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a Collaborative Physician to provide high-quality patient care across assigned clinic locations, while offering clinical collaboration and oversight for providers in Indiana and Illinois.

The role emphasizes leadership, chart reviews, and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and operational excellence. This is a part-time position with shifts and administrative duties.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active unrestricted medical license in Indiana and/or Illinois.
• DEA registration required.
• DOT certification preferred.
• Urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Prior provider supervision or collaboration experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care across all ages with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Deliver evidence-based urgent care and clinical leadership.
• Maintain compliant documentation in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure efficient patient flow and patient experience.
• Provide physician collaboration and oversight for APPs across locations.
