Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a Collaborative Physician to deliver high-quality patient care, provide clinical collaboration and oversight for clinicians at multiple clinic locations in Indiana and/or Illinois, and support quality initiatives.

The role includes part-time shifts built around a 4-week schedule, with in-clinic patient care and administrative work, plus opportunities to lead and improve clinical processes across the network.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active unrestricted medical license in Indiana and/or Illinois.
• DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across all ages in assigned Midwest Express Clinic locations.
• Deliver evidence-based urgent care, routine physicals, and acute care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and support patient flow.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for NPs and PAs.
• Coordinate coverage and collaborate with providers to ensure continuity of care.
