Job summary

Hartford HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent Care seeks experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with urgent care experience to join our expanding team. The role blends clinical care with leadership and operational oversight across a multi-site geographic region.

Primary responsibilities include directing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving financial and patient care goals alongside an operations director or VP.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners.
• Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants.
• Administrative experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct the identification, development, and implementation of programs centered on quality and operational excellence.
• Collaborate to design, develop, and implement policies and practices for center operations.
• Ensure market compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation organizations, and partner requests.
• Oversee staffing levels and collaborate with talent acquisition to interview and hire new team members.
