AdventHealth in Melbourne, FL seeks an HR professional to develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding to smoothly integrate new staff. The role includes delivering ongoing training, enforcing policies, addressing disciplinary actions, and monitoring staffing metrics to maintain a healthy workforce.

The position requires strong English communication, basic math, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Competenze

• Strong English communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Good math skills for basic calculations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software.
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Medical office management experience preferred.

Education:

Field of Study:

• in health administration, education, business, or related field

Licenses and Certifications:

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) [Required] OR Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required]
• Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) [Preferred]

$50,211.20 - $93,392.00
