Job summary

Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a Per Diem Weekend Team in Connecticut and New York locations, including Groton, CT.

You will evaluate patients of all ages, develop treatment plans, perform common urgent care procedures such as laceration repair and wound care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary urgent care team on a weekend schedule (9am-5pm) with at least two shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Current State Medical License
• Controlled Substance Registration
• Federal DEA Registration
• NP or PA Certification
• Current ACLS and PALS certification
• Minimum one year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Experience with common urgent care procedures strongly preferred
