Mansioni

• Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation and follow-up for patients in Northwestern Medical Center’s ED and IC units under physician supervision.
• Writes orders for medications and prescribes outpatient meds per Vermont rules.
• Communicates treatment plan and needed follow-up to patient and family.
• Documents all patient interactions in the electronic health record.
• Participates in hospital committees and collaborates with staff and departments.
• Supports cost-saving process improvement initiatives and efficient patient flow.
