Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a full-time urgent care team in Apple Valley, California. On-site, Monday—Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a compensation range of $155,000–$170,000 per year, reporting to the Medical Director and supporting comprehensive primary care services.

You will perform physical exams, manage patient panels, order tests, coordinate with case managers, and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP completion or ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Active CA NP/PA license to practice medicine in California.
• DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and manage designated primary care patients.
• Order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and refer patients to appropriate services.
• Maintain high clinical standards and participate in quality/performance initiatives.
• Lead end-of-life and hospice discussions when clinically appropriate.
• Develop strong cross-disciplinary relationships and participate in meetings.
