Job summary

Integrity Urgent Care Group in Huntsville, Texas is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for their urgent care clinics. The role offers 12-hour shifts, seven shifts in a 14-day period, with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for productivity bonuses.

Compensation ranges from $65 to $80 per hour with potential relocation assistance or signing bonuses based on experience and location. Active Texas license and DEA registration are required or must be obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas medical license.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS certification required; DOT MEC preferred.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
• Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for NP candidates
• Active Texas license or the ability to obtain one
• DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
• Current BLS certification
• DOT medical examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred, but motivated candidates with applicable clinical experience will also be considered
