CareNow Urgent Care in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time, board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to float amongst clinic locations in Austin. You will provide urgent and primary care across ages three months and up in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Applicants must have Texas licensure and DEA, and demonstrate independence with the ability to perform first reads on x-rays and manage acute illnesses and injuries. This role operates within the HCA Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Board certification as PA or NP and current Texas licensure with DEA.
• Ability to perform first reads on radiographs.
• Capable of treating pediatric to adult patients independently.

• Comfortable seeing ages three months and up
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Board certified

• Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries to include: pediatric and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.
