Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Iredell County urgent care network in North Carolina. The APP will handle ambulatory care for patients six months and older, with independence and supervision tailored to experience.

Responsibilities include diagnostic testing, acute and chronic condition management, and collaboration with ED attendings and the Medical Director. Licensure and certifications are required at start.

Qualifications

• Active NC PA license required or eligible to practice in NC.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to start.
• Experience in ED or urgent care environments preferred.
• Clinical competency in urgent care procedures and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent expert care with appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Perform urgent care procedures and acute assessments.
• Collaborate with ED attendings and Medical Director for guidance and support.
• Rotate to multiple APP-staffed urgent care locations as needed.
