Responsibilities

• Cast and compression mold polyurethane products according to specifications.
• Prepare, assemble, and maintain molds for production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

VSSI Staffing is currently hiring Urethane Manufacturing Technicians in Hempstead, TX. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing experience to assist in the production of polyurethane products, including rollers, rods, wheels, seals, and custom components.

• Cast and compression mold polyurethane products according to specifications.
• Prepare, assemble, and maintain molds for production.
