Job summary

Globe Composite Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to support urethane casting, troubleshoot processes, and drive improvements. You will lead projects transitioning ideation to scaled processes, equipment, and documentation on the manufacturing floor.

BS in engineering with 3–5 years in manufacturing and process engineering is preferred; Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics experience strongly valued. On-site role in MA with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with process engineering and documentation generation.
• Ability to read customer and industry specifications.
• Strong communication and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience with urethane casting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support urethane cast processes and act as POC for hand and processor casting.
• Troubleshoot casting issues and lead CAPA efforts.
• Identify process improvements and develop controls for consistency.
• Lead projects to scale up new processes, equipment, and documentation.
