AuraOne seeks a Urdu Transcription Expert – Audio Annotation (Remote) to review Urdu generalist evaluation prompts and responses, compare outputs, and provide structured feedback for retraining under AuraOne's quality rubric.

You will label edge cases, document recurring failures, and calibrate with gold-standard examples to sustain high-quality judgments while working remotely as a contractor for US-eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on Urdu generalist evaluation or adjacent content.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
