URBN, the parent of Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly, is hiring a Group Lead in Gap, PA. This role supervises warehouse associates, maintains SLAs, and acts as a subject-matter expert to ensure efficient daily workflow. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities are required for success.

The position runs Monday-Thursday, 5 PM to 3:30 AM, with overtime as needed; starting pay is USD 19.75 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Works well under pressure and time constraints, dependable and with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Role Summary

They should have a basic understanding of Warehouse Operations and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. A successful Group Lead is flexible to accept new and diverse assignments. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Shift

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

Pay Range

Starting from USD $19.75/Hr.
