Role Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate machine learning models using Python to support cutting-edge applications in forecasting, optimization, multimodal datasets, or AU image generation.
• Perform data exploration, analysis, and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to help integrate ML solutions into digital products and workflows.
• Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and support data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
• Test hypotheses and analyze the results of product experiments to help drive continuous improvement.
• Adhere to best practices in model development, validation, and ethical AI principles (fairness, transparency).
• Work with Product Management and senior team members to understand business needs and contribute to technical solutions.
• Stay current on emerging machine learning techniques and tools relevant to the role.

Role Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning (including strong internships or academic projects).
• Hands-on experience with Python and common data science/machine learning libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney).
• Experience with data analysis and exploration techniques.
• Understanding of core machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies in the AI/ML space.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
