Kimley-Horn is seeking planning graduates to join our Everett, Washington office focusing on Transportation in 2027. This is not a remote position and candidates should have or be completing a Planning degree by Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Planning degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited program by Summer 2027.
• Majors include City and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, or Other Related Major.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pre-construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and Kimley-Horn practices.
• Evaluate development proposals for zoning compliance.
• Prepare planning and land use studies.
• Coordinate with municipal and state agencies.
• Gain exposure to diverse project experiences across public and private sectors.
