Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience and three years of instructional coaching in urban public or charter schools.
• Able to speak Spanish or Haitian Creole; bilingualism is required or preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• On-campus duties from ~7:30–4:30 daily; support 5-8 leadership team and daily operations.
• Collaborate with principals, deans, and the Chief Academic Officer to raise student achievement.
• Provide instructional coaching to teaching staff as directed by leadership.
• Ensure strong consistency across grades 5-8 and support leadership coverage as needed.
• Assist with community-building initiatives, family outreach, attendance, and restorative practices.
• Attend events and participate in lunch coverage and transitions as required.
