Responsibilities

• Work with principals, Deans, ILT to dramatically improve student achievement.
• Provide instructional coaching to teaching staff.
• Assist with school operations and coverage for leaves.
• Support community building, attendance, restorative justice and advisory planning.
• Plan and track intervention efforts across grades 9-12.
• Attend events, oversee transitions and lunch coverage.
