AECOM is seeking an Urban Planning and Design Manager to lead large-scale projects across major U.S. cities, including Austin, Dallas and others. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, liaise with municipal leaders, and shape project vision from start to finish.

The role emphasizes independent work, technical guidance on complex problems, and strong communication skills to advocate design excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in landscape architecture or urban design preferred.
• Professional licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex planning and design infrastructure projects in large urban areas across the US.
• Manage one or more moderately complex projects and clients with regional footprints and related scope.
• Oversee all project phases from inception through close-out.
