Job summary

The role requires experience in urban planning and knowledge of GIS, public administration, and permit tracking software. Eligible staff may benefit from an alternative work schedule and related city waivers, with ongoing public engagement duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of urban planning principles and practices.
• Familiarity with GIS, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Ability to interpret land use regulations and development codes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in studies related to land use and comprehensive planning.
• Review zoning provisions, site plans, and variances for code compliance.
