Urban Outfitters in Westport is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’re not just helping customers, you’re creating an authentic, fun, and uniquely UO experience.

Stay in the know on product drops and trends, engage customers with genuine conversations, and help keep the space welcoming, organized, and easy to shop—whether in-store, online, or somewhere in between.

Qualifications

• Love for Urban Outfitters and brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: stay informed on product drops, trends, and in-store displays.
• Create energy on the sales floor with authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make shopping seamless: restock, organize displays, and maintain on-brand presentation.
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store/online channels.
• Stay curious and flexible; be ready to learn and adapt daily.
• Work as a team, share ideas, and contribute positive energy.

Role Responsibilities

Bring the Brand to LifeShow up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
