Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Savannah, GA is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through personal style and genuine connections with customers. You’ll help create an authentic, fun shopping experience and stay in the know on product drops and trends.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, stocking and styling displays, and using in-store tech to support shoppers—whether in-store or online. Flexibility with scheduling and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to connect with customers and represent the brand authentically.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on‑brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
