Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Columbia, SC is hiring Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life with authentic interactions and fashion sense. You’ll greet customers, share product drops, and help create a welcoming, on-brand shopping environment.

Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays) and a genuine love for the brand are key. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; you’ll gain hands-on fashion exposure and enjoy employee discounts and growth

Role Responsibilities

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you'll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that's in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that's part of the fun
