Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Alpharetta is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO experience to life—sharing personal style and pop culture passion with customers. You’ll help create an authentic, fun in-store atmosphere and guide shoppers through product drops and promotions.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, keeping the sales floor organized, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless shopping journey across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and helping customers.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Passion for fashion and pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide authentic product recommendations.
• Maintain an organized, on-brand sales floor and assist with restocking.
• Engage customers with info on drops and promotions.
• Support team and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities

Bring the Brand to Life Show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online

Create the Energy on the Salesfloor Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping Seamless Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + Flexible Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun

Work as a Team Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be
