Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Delray Beach, FL is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life through personal style, conversations with customers, and enthusiasm for fashion and culture. You’ll help create a welcoming store experience that feels authentic, fun, and on-brand, while staying knowledgeable about new drops and promotions.

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
