Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Brand Ambassadors in Delray Beach to bring the urban brand to life through personal style and real connections with customers.

You’ll help create authentic shopping experiences and stay in tune with fashion drops, trends, and in-store promotions. You will engage customers with genuine conversations, assist with store displays, and ensure the space is inviting and easy to shop across channels.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops and trends in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, share enthusiasm for products, and drive memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized, restock, and style displays to stay on-brand and inviting.
• Use in-store tech to support customers who shop in-store, online, or across channels.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new tasks and learning on the go, knowing every day is different.
• Work as a Team: support teammates, share ideas, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun

Role Qualifications
