Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Dania Beach, FL is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the UO experience to life through personal style and genuine customer connections. You’ll help create a fun, authentic shopping journey on the sales floor, both in-store and online, while staying current with trends and drops.

You’ll engage customers with energy, assist with restocking and displays, and collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming, well-organized store that reflects the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-moving store environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: stay in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online activities.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized and visually appealing.
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store, online, or hybrid shopping.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things and learning daily.

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you'll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop- whether that's in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go-every day is a little different, and that's part of the fun
