URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is hiring Brand Ambassadors at our Bloomington store. You’ll bring the Urban Outfitters brand to life with authentic interactions, help customers find products, and participate in creating a fun, trendy shopping experience.

You’ll engage with customers on the sales floor, share enthusiasm for fashion, and support restocking and in-store displays. A team-oriented, adaptable mindset is essential for this dynamic retail environment.

Role Summary

Our Brand Ambassadors are the heart of the store, bringing Urban Outfitters to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. Role Responsibilities

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
