Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking brand ambassadors at our Bloomington store to bring the UO experience to life through authentic conversations and a love for fashion and pop culture.

You’ll engage customers, share product drops, restock displays, and help create a welcoming, on-brand shopping environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility with scheduling, and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically about products.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by embodying the store’s energy and staying informed on product drops and trends.
• Create the energy on the sales floor by engaging customers and sharing excitement for merchandise.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping displays organized and the store on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ shopping journey (in-store, online, or hybrid).
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to learn and adapt daily.
• Work as a team to support colleagues and maintain a positive store environment.

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun

Pay Range

Starting from USD $10.47/Hr.
