Urban Outfitters in Austin, TX is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections, personal style, and pop culture. You’ll engage customers, share product drops, and help create an authentic, fun shopping experience.

You’ll stay curious, flexible with scheduling, and work as part of a collaborative team, delivering friendly service and helping the store feel inspired and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online experiences.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor by engaging customers with authentic conversations and sharing enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless by keeping the space organized, inspiring, and easy to shop across channels.
• Assist customers using in-store tech to shop in-store, online, or elsewhere as they prefer.
• Stay Curious + Flexible by being open to trying new things and adapting to daily needs.
• Work as a Team by supporting colleagues and bringing good energy to the store.

Our Brand Ambassadors are the heart of the store, bringing Urban Outfitters to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. Bring the Brand to LifeShow up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun

Work as a TeamSupport your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be

Role Qualifications
