Responsabilités

• Modify and teach an inclusive curriculum with differentiation.
• Collaborate with families and SPED teams on 504 plans and IEPs.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where students are empowered to learn.
• Analyze student work and assessments to support IEP goals.
• Manage IEP caseload; write IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Deliver pull-out, push-in, small group, and 1:1 instruction with targeted strategies.
• Engage in weekly meetings and partner with grade-level teams to set academic goals.
