Qualifications

• Experience leading instructional programs in urban middle schools.
• Strong knowledge of MTSS and district improvement plans.
• Ability to analyze student data to drive instructional changes.
• Proven ability to engage families and community partners for equity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the principal to evaluate and strengthen academic programs using student data.
• Communicate school philosophy, vision, and policies to staff and families.
• Lead programming changes that reflect best practices and evolving needs.
• Ensure IEP services are implemented equitably within instructional programs.
• Drive instructional decisions, coach staff, and link improvement to outcomes.
• Support school improvement planning and strategic staffing.
• Foster relationships with partner agencies and oversee budget and reporting.
