Job summary

Qualifications

• Urban education leadership with a focus on closing achievement gaps.
• Experience fostering partnerships with families and community organizations.
• Proven ability to lead school improvement and instructional coaching.
• Strong understanding of MTSS, literacy and mathematics supports.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and strengthen academic programs using student data to align with district priorities.
• Shape the school's philosophy, vision, and policies with staff and families.
• Promote interdisciplinary STEAM programming and high expectations.
• Coach teachers in Tier 1 instruction and restorative practices.
• Oversee supervision and evaluation of staff; ensure compliant IEP practices.
• Lead budget planning, grant proposals, and school improvement planning.
• Foster relationships with partner agencies to support the school community.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and district policies.
