Uncommon Schools is seeking high school science teachers to join a network committed to closing the college completion gap. You will deliver inquiry-based Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science with an emphasis on student discourse and lab work.

Collaboration with the Science department will shape goals and engagement strategies. You will build relationships with students and families, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to a values-driven school

Responsibilities

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners and analyze student work trends.
• Partner with families to support each child's learning needs and engage in weekly team meetings.
• Contribute to a positive school culture and professional development.
