Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join our team at one of the largest value-priced urban apparel chains. You will help manage the sales floor, assist with price changes, and maintain register accuracy while delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. You will also perform basic math for transactions and support loss prevention as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to store policy and handle cash, checks, and cards.
• Greet customers, provide friendly service, and invite them to return.
• Assist with merchandising on the sales floor and maintain cleanliness.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers and support loss prevention procedures.
