The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Phoenix is seeking an Urban Farm Coordinator to manage the farm's food production and meet production standards set by Urban Farm management.
This role also oversees daily operations, delegates tasks to volunteers, plans crop implantation, pest management, and produce processing. Responsibilities include IPM implementation, volunteer retention, educating the community on sustainable practices, and collaborating with farm staff and contractors to achieve

The Farm Program Coordinator will manage the food production of the farm and meet all production standards and goals set by farm management. The Program Coordinator will also oversee and organize all the daily operations including delegating farm tasks amongst volunteer groups, planning crop implantation, pest management and produce processing standards, as set by Urban Farm management. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for the following:
* Volunteer engagement and appreciation, as well as Culture of Philanthropy participation are part of all job descriptions at SVdP, and an especially important part of the organizational culture and values
