Qualifications

• At least 2 years urban teaching experience with a record of student achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Tier 1 Curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use goals to drive instruction with your manager and team.
• Create a culture of learning and a safe classroom/school-wide environment.
• Be a content expert and plan Louisiana Standards-aligned lessons using Tier 1 Curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students' needs.
• Use data daily to assess and adjust instruction.
