Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE) completed.
• Minimum 1 year of related civil engineering experience.
• Current EIT certification or working toward EIT.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction plans for private and public development projects.
• Assist civil design team and project managers with land development design.
• Research materials and assemblies for design and construction drawings.
• Assist with site visits, RFIs, change orders, and shop drawing reviews.
• Assist with proposals and fee estimates.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and opinions of probable construction cost.
