Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Urban Design & Streetscape Project Manager to shape vibrant, people-focused communities by delivering transportation and streetscape projects that improve mobility, connectivity, and quality of life.

In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects from concept through construction, delivering streetscapes, downtown revitalization initiatives, complete streets, parks, greenways, and community development projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning or related field; 6+ years urban design experience.
3+ years of project management leading multidisciplinary teams.
PE license, PLA, or AICP certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Experience managing client relationships, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage urban design and landscape architecture projects from planning to construction administration.
Lead multidisciplinary teams for public realm, streetscape, transportation enhancement, parks, greenways and community development projects.
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and client expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Coordinate internal resources and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle.
