Velox Valuations First Coast is actively recruiting Certified Residential Appraisers in Florida to support URAR 3.6 readiness for a growing field team. You can set your own schedule, choose assignments, and leverage company resources to deliver high-quality valuations.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package with base pay plus incentives, plus benefits like health insurance, retirement contributions, auto and cell allowances, and PTO, within an independently owned/franchised Velox network.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Residential Appraiser license required.
- Proficient in modern collaborative valuations.
- Efficient time management and results-driven.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Geographic competency in real estate trends.
- Willingness to complete property inspections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely property inspections.
- Prepare accurate URAR valuations under the UAD 3.6 framework.
- Leverage company tech stack for data-driven appraisals.
- Coordinate with virtual assistant and field staff.
