Velox Valuations First Coast is actively seeking Certified Residential Appraisers to support the Florida market during the UAD 3.6 transition. You will work with data-driven tools, receive hands-on support, and set your own schedule within a premier franchise system.

We back field staff with admin help, E&O coverage, MLS and CE reimbursement, and a comprehensive compensation plan including base pay plus incentive bonuses, with bi-weekly pay and monthly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser with valid license.
• Ability to complete physical property inspections.
• Strong time management and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations and inspections for real estate properties.
• Collaborate with team using modern valuation tools and processes.
• Meet monthly production targets and maintain quality standards.
