Qualifications

Active Certified Residential Appraiser with ability to inspect properties.
Proficient in MS Office and standard appraisal software.

Responsibilities

Perform URAR valuations in assigned Saint Augustine/central Florida markets.
Maintain compliance with UAD 3.6 as required by state regulation.
Leverage company support to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
