Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL seeks a Principal or Senior Principal Engineer Planning Analyst to lead UR&R staffing, onboarding, and data reporting for intern and college hire programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (5+ years) or Master’s (3+ years) in Staffing/PM/Strategy/Operations, with travel up to 10% and the ability to obtain a government clearance. DoD background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience or Master's with 3+ years in Staffing, Project Management, Strategy and Operations, and/or Business Operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to meet business needs and support programs.
• Ability to obtain a government issued clearance as required by the position and DoD work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UR&R and onboarding activities including planning yearly interns and college hires with programs.
• Bi-weekly meetings with Discipline Leads and weekly status reports.
• Manage onboarding for NGAS sector and provide detailed onboarding status reports to NGAS and Space sectors.
• Provide data reports and support talent acquisition data calls from POST.
