Job summary

• Manage onboarding for NGAS sector and provide detailed onboarding status reports to NGAS and Space sectors.
• Provide data reports and support talent acquisition data calls from POST.

This position will be based out of the Melbourne, FL location.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The selected candidate will lead UR&R and Onboarding activities which require the following:Planning of yearly forecast of interns and college hires to work with the programs to develop a plan for the following year.Lead bi-weekly meetings with Discipline Leads.Utilize POST for UR&R activities and provide weekly reports.Work with Discipline Leads on clearance activities and provide weekly reports on status.Lead intern onboarding and meet with the programs weekly to ensure that seating and equipment is available for the interns.Lead Onboarding for the sector (NGAS) and provide a report that is distributed to NGAS and Space sectors, with a detailed listing of all upcoming hires and their onboarding status.Work with the programs to provide data reports and support talent acquisition data calls from POST.This position may be filled at a Principal Engineer Planning Analyst or Senior Principal Planning Analyst level based on the qualifications outlined below.Basic Qualifications:Principal Engineer Planning Analyst (Level 3)Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience.Must have professional and/or military experience to include a background in Staffing, Project Management, Strategy and Operations, and/or Business OperationsMust have ability to travel up to 10% of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needsMust have ability to obtain a government issued clearance as determined by the company to meet its business needs.Basic Qualifications:Senior Principal Engineer Planning Analyst (Level 4)Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience.Must have professional and/or military experience to include a background in Staffing, Project Management, Strategy and Operations, and/or Business OperationsMust have ability to travel up to 10% of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needsMust have ability to obtain a government issued clearance as determined by the company to meet its business needs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading, training, and directing activities of team members through execution of competitive and/or sole source proposalsActive DoD Secret security clearanceExperience in the Aerospace and Defense industryProgram execution and Proposals ExperienceExperience with Workday and POSTPrimary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $193,900.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
