Tarrant County College's South Campus is seeking a part-time Student Development Coordinator TRIO - Upward Bound, grant-funded, to support leadership programs and recruitment.

You will supervise service-learning projects, coordinate clubs, and liaise with faculty, students, and community partners.

Summer academy schedule and non-remote work; position limited to 19.5 hours/week with grant-dependent continuation.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or 60 college hours required.
• One year related experience required.

• Create club and organization packets for protocol.
• Provide guidance to student organizations.
• Assist with recruitment and marketing.
• Train and develop student leaders.
• Develop, promote, and implement service projects.
• Assist faculty and students in developing service learning projects.
• Liaise between faculty, students, and community agencies.
• Recruit organizations to partner with the college in service projects.
• Orientate students in service learning.
• Participate in community outreach programs.
• Coordinate leadership of clubs and organizations.
• Liaise between students and university representatives.
• Coordinate major festivals involving local businesses and universities.
• Schedule tours and orientation tours for high schools.
