Austin Industrial is seeking a skilled technician to operate and maintain ultrapure water and industrial wastewater systems, including RO, ion exchange, and ultrafiltration, in a 24/7 environment at our Taylor, TX site. The senior technician will troubleshoot complex issues and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities include monitoring, rounds, troubleshooting, and assisting with consumable replacements, SOP updates, and training of junior staff.

Formación

• Experience with ultrapure water and industrial wastewater processes.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and process diagrams.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor equipment and processes for reliability and performance.
• Perform equipment rounds and readings across UPW/IWT systems.
• Troubleshoot system faults and perform initial repairs to restore operation.
• Perform ion exchange regenerations and RO cleanings.
• Assist with consumable replacements (filters, resins, RO membranes).
• Contribute to SOPs and certifications maintenance.
• Mentor junior technicians and support process improvements.
