Austin Industrial is seeking an Operator-Reverse Osmosis Technician for our 24/7 Operations team in Taylor, TX. You will operate and maintain ultrapure water and industrial wastewater systems, including RO, ion exchange, ultrafiltration, and related processes, ensuring reliable production and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, the ability to read P&IDs, and collaboration with a team to improve equipment performance.

Formación

• 2 years of college/technical school or equivalent related experience.
• Semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with Siemens, FMCS and Honeywell SCADA systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor equipment/process and improve system reliability.
• Perform equipment rounds and readings; access cleanrooms and areas.
• Respond to equipment/system failures and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in improvements to SOPs and certification systems.
